Aerospace applications are strongly multidisciplinary drawing on almost all the areas of our expertise.  Our fluid flow solver (e.g. VizFlow, VizGrain) have been used in aerodynamic analysis ranging from the low-speed (incompressible) to high-Mach number supersonic flows and high-pressure continuum flows to rarefied gas dynamics.  Our plasma solvers (e.g. VizGlow and VizSpark) in conjunction with flow solver (VizFlow) has been used in the analysis of plasma actuators for aerodynamic flow control and plasma-assisted combustion for aero-engine flame ignition/stabilization.  Our software tools are used for the analysis of discharges in micro-propulsion applications and re-configurable meta-materials for electromagnetic wave control for aerospace/defense applications.
